A Client is not allowed to resell the storage and/or transfer services provided by Azzmax Design unless the express permission of Azzmax Design is sought.
Payment
Azzmax Design reserves the right to suspend the services if the payments are not made by the due date. Azzmax Design shall not be held liable for any kind of loss due to disruption of services.
Support
Client agrees that Azzmax Design is in no way responsible for support for editing or configuring of third party scripts, web pages, FTP transfer of files, problems that are the responsibility of the client, or anything else that is not server specific related. It is Client’s responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of valid licenses for all software used on Azzmax Design servers. Azzmax Design is unable to provide technical support for third party applications. If Azzmax Design is asked to provide support to resolve conflict issues, then a standard consultancy rate applies.
