We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back.
Refund Requests
In case of any dissatisfaction from any design services provided by Azzmax Design you can submit a refund request within sixty days of your initial designs completion. However, it shall be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with your initial designs if a refund request is not received within sixty days of initial designs delivery. For any Special / Combo packages, refund will be applicable the same as it is on the single packages.
All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Azzmax Design, based on the violation of your user agreement reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case to case basis.
Azzmax Design will refund your money if our management team decide that Azzmax Design has not delivered services in an efficient and effective manner as promised. After you complete a refund request and if a refund is approved, our cash refund policy is as follows.
Note: Please note that customers claiming a refund will not be allowed to use the initial design concepts sent to them. Copyrights of all designs remain the property of Azzmax Design until fully paid.
Refund Policy
- You are entitled to get a refund when the initial concepts for a logo are provided. You have a right to reject them and ask for the refund. However once you approve or ask for a revision, the refund offer becomes void.
- Refunds and not normally available once the final file has been supplied to the client. If you have already approved and received the final draft of a logo design and asked for refunds, in that condition we cannot refund you. Your approval represents an acceptance of final drafts of the designs and your level of satisfaction.
- If you have failed to communicate us or if you do not come in contact within two months that is; for more than sixty days, we will be unable to provide refunds and logos at a same time. Affordable logo designs will not be responsible for your losses.
- If the company for whom the design was performed should change its name, change its design or undergo other alterations rendering a design, we cannot issue a refund and remake of logos needs to be paid extra if you haven’t approved your logo at the period of special opportunity program. Our special opportunity includes life time alternation to your logos.
- Once you have received your refund, one has no rights to the logo we provided. We have full authority on our logos we provided. We can use the logo file anywhere we want and give it to other companies if required. You can’t use the logo even as a reference after we have provided full refund.
- Refund only takes after 60 days, if it doesn’t takes earlier in the mentioned period; you have no rights to complain any bureaus and forum.
- If you select a concept and request changes or revisions, then no refunds will be given if you cancel the project at any stage after that. You will only get a refund if you cancel the project at the initial concept phase.

How to claim your refund
To assure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements:
- Claim your refund specifying your concern by contacting us via email.
- We will try to resolve your concern according to our revision policy immediately or else will email you a refund request approval from our refund department within .
After the refund, your design rights would be obtained by Azzmax Design and you would not be able to display any version of the design sent by company. - Since the design rights would now be transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
Refunds Project Duration:
If you have failed to communicate us or if you do not come in contact within two months that is; for more than 60 days, we will be unable to provide refunds and logos at a same time. Azzmax Design will not be responsible for your losses.
Trademarks and Service marks
Azzmax Design expects the Client to perform researching on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a trademark or service mark to protect the Client's legal rights to any name or image.
Azzmax Design will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
How the money will be transferred
If you have paid using your credit card - the money will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to 21 business days before the money will appear on your account. If you have paid using a cheque or a money order your refund will be sent to you by cheque.
How do I qualify to claim a refund?
When you receive initial design concepts for your design package and you do not find them according to your brief, you may choose to claim a refund. See below how these actions affect your eligibility to claim a refund:

Does the money back guarantee apply to all packages?
Money Back Guarantee applies to design packages only. Once you approve a design and ask for further revisions then the Money Back Guarantee becomes void. However you still qualify for 100% satisfaction guarantee which means that we will keep on working on your design until you are satisfied.
